Sena was launching a new product, and didn’t know where to start. She didn’t know exactly what to offer, what to call it, or what it would look like.

the problem
Sena wanted her online presence and physical products to have a consistent look and feel. She wanted content creation to be easier.
Presenting herself professionally and building trust with her audience were important goals for her.
There was a lot of energy she wanted to invest in her business, but it was all over the place.
Sometimes it felt like a side project.
She didn’t have the design skills, and she felt overwhelmed when trying to move forward on her own.
So, she hired someone to help with social media and she invested in courses.
She even tried holding herself to a posting schedule.
Still, something was missing.

When she reached out for help with this project, I could see the problem…
She was putting her attention in the wrong place.
She was obsessing over end results, when what she needed was to go back to the beginning.
I helped her see the benefits of viewing her small business through the lens of a brand. We looked at the anatomy of a successful one, and filled in the missing pieces for her company.
Through my process, we were able to define her business goals, what she stood for, and who she was helping.
We looked at how her business could make money, how people would hear about her, and what she could do to create systems.
We brainstormed tasks that could help make operations more efficient. We looked at processes and tools that could reduce time, costs and effort.
And yes, eventually, we designed a logo.
After seeing the whole picture, we knew what the company could be.
We now had everything we needed to express it visually.
the Conclusion
The product launch was a success, with the online store receiving about 9k sessions and over 340 sign-ups for the community. The business also achieved it’s first milestone, making $61,000 in sales.
Since developing the brand, Sena's confidence has soared.
She’s attracting more clients, forming partnerships, and collaborating on courses/programs with fellow creators in the wellness space.
She’s made a serious shift in her business offerings, and feels immense clarity about her new direction.
She knows exactly what to do and what to avoid.
